Easter Weekend at The Duke William

Celebrate the long Easter weekend at The Duke William with relaxed family dining, seasonal specials and live music.

On Saturday and Sunday our Easter Egg Hunt returns in the garden for the kids, giving little ones the chance to explore and collect treats along the way. Let the kids get creative with our Egg Design Competition, which offers prizes for the best creations.

On Sunday and Bank Holiday Monday, enjoy our Sunday menus with the addition of delicious New Season Lamb specials — a perfect way to gather family and friends around the table this spring.

Live music Good Friday 3rd April 7–9pm – Miss Holiday Swing brings vintage swing and feel-good classics.

And Saturday 4th April 4–6pm – Rustbelt Preacher- much loved local musicians deliver a lively afternoon you won’t want to miss.

Hire a space at The Duke William

A quintessentially English pub in the idyllic village of Ickham, near Canterbury. The Duke is opposite a truly stunning Church and is the perfect venue for your Wedding Reception.

The Terrace & garden

Our beautiful south facing terrace and garden can be hired for any of our Summer Garden Party Menus, complete with its own outside bar and booth seating.

The olive tree

Our stunning central table in the middle of the terrace, centred around an Olive Tree This table can be reserved for outside dining and drinking for up to 20 people, weather dependent.

The Conservatory

Bright and airy with lovely views out over the pub garden and the farming fields beyond, this is a great space for afternoon tea or one of our feast menus for up to 20 people.

Private use of The Conservatory and Terrace will be priced on a minimum spend basis dependent on the day of the week and time of year.

The Den

A cosy room set away from the hustle and bustle of the main bar and the perfect spot for a large table booking of up to 30 people.
